PAY AS YOU GO
Pay for what you use with
no commitment
Best option for accommodating your ad-hoc or occasional needs.
Bill in 15-minute increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour
Invoice sent with a breakdown of hours at the end of the task

REGULAR
Pay for finite number of hours every month for unlimited tasks
Ideal for busy entrepreneurs who need ongoing support on a variety of tasks
Ranging from 5 hours a month to all the way up to a full time assistant
Invoice sent on the first day of each month
HK$130 per hour
PROJECT
Pay a fixed price for completing
a specific project
Tailor-made quote based on scope of the project
Deposit of 50% project fee due upon confirmation.
Balance due upon project completion
Quote case by case and subject to revision if the project parameters change
- Any additional specific costs incurred, such as stationary, postage, packaging, courier fees, IDD and consumables (USB drives/ HDD etc) will be charged separately at cost.
- For new clients, we require a 50% deposit of estimated first billing prior to the commencement of work.
- Full payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of invoice date. Overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee.
